Dr. Kavita Ajay Joshi, Associate Professor at Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus holds Ph.D. (Law), LL.M, LL.B, M.A. (English), & B.Ed. Her research delves into the relationship of feminism and social justice, investigating how female foeticide intersects with women’s fundamental rights to life and personal liberty. With over 12 years of teaching expertise in the field of Law and verbal Ability, she currently holds the position of Head of Department (Administration) for the Professional Communication and PDP Department at Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus. Dr. Joshi has 12 Scopus-indexed research publications in conference proceedings, and book chapters. Additionally, she co-authored a book titled “Professional Communication: Practical Workbook.” Furthermore, her innovative contributions extend to the realm of patents, with three patents published in her name.
