Dr. Sharma is working as Associate Professor in the School of Management, Graphic Era Hill University (Bhimtal Campus) Nainital, from September 2019 till date. He has worked as Assistant professor in the Department of Management, Invertis University Bareilly from April 2011 till September 2019. He was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management, Invertis Institute of Management Studies Bareilly from October 2007 till Mar.31, 2010. He is committed and enthusiastic finance expert with a strong academic background and a wealth of financial experience. As a finance faculty member, his goal is to create a stimulating learning environment that prepares students with the information and abilities needed to thrive in the always changing financial industry. He have obtained a Doctorate degree in the field of Finance and possess a substantial amount of hands-on expertise that I can offer to the classroom. His teaching philosophy centres on integrating theoretical principles with practical applications, offering students a comprehensive comprehension of finance. He is enthusiastic about cultivating the development of critical thinking and analytical abilities, motivating pupils to utilize their knowledge in order to resolve intricate financial issues. He is mostly interested in studying Behavioural Finance, Financial Econometrics, and International Business. He have made contributions to the subject by publishing in prestigious journals that are indexed in Scopus, UGC CARE, ABDC, and IEEE. He is constantly endeavouring to investigate novel viewpoints that contribute to the progress of financial knowledge and have a wide range of skills, such as Financial Modelling and Data Analysis, among others. His practical experience, combined with these talents, improves my capacity to provide thorough and pertinent education.
