Graphic Era deemed to be university signs the MOU with Mindanao State University, Iligan Institute of Technology, Philippines. The Iligan Institute of Technology of Mindanao State University, commonly referred to as MSU-IIT, is a public coeducational institution of higher learning and research university located in Iligan City, Philippines, charted in 1968 by Republic Act 5363 and integrated as the first autonomous unit of the Mindanao State University System in 1975.

MSU-IIT offers programs in secondary, undergraduate, and postgraduate level education.

Both institutions agree on the following forms of cooperation:

• Exchange information on academic developments, teaching methodologies, and research activities, including scholarly publications, journals, theses, and research papers;
• Exchange of graduate and undergraduate students for visit, study, and research;
• Exchange of faculty members and administrative officials for visit, research lectures, and discussions;
• Joint organization of conferences, seminars, and workshops on topics of common interest;
• Themes of joint activities and the conditions for utilizing the results achieved and arrangements for specific visits, exchanges and other forms of cooperation will be negotiated for each specific case.
